• The rates are for 2 persons incl. Breakfast
• The reservations start at 14.00h and end at 12.00h;
• The rates for Low-/High-Season are not valid for holidays like Christmas, New Year, Carnival and others;
• For extra beds we charge;
  • one pax up to 3 years: free
  • pax up to 12 years: 30%
  • pax over 12 years: 40%
• Rates can be changed without previous information
• Pets are not allowed
• Terms of cancellation:
  if the reservation is cancelled less than 48hours before your check-in hour, or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
  In case of the packages of New Year and Carnaval, the cancellation has to be made with a minimum of 30 (thirty) days before the check-in date, otherwise the deposit made will be lost
