Nós queremos oferecer aos nossos hospedes serviços diferenciados e de qualidade comprovada, com preços justos, num ambiente hospitaleiro e aconchegante, valorizando a natureza e cultura autentica regional e desta forma agregando conhecimentos e gerando lembranças memoráveis.

Política de Pessoal

Nós acreditamos que nossos colaboradores tem o direito de ter uma vida segura e sustentável, aperfeiçoando seus conhecimentos, realizando seu potencial e decidindo seu próprio futuro; em nosso caso eles são contratados na comunidade local; nós oferecemos condições de trabalho decentes e não discriminamos pessoas baseado em raça, sexo, idade, religião ou política; pagamos salários acima do piso salarial do setor hoteleiro com os devidos encargos sociais e uma serie de benefícios voluntários inclusive empréstimos sem juros para a construção da casa própria ou outras fins; oferecemos cursos profissionalizantes internos e externos.

Política de Compras

Nós compramos nossas matérias primas, sempre que for possível, de fontes locais de produção sustentável, oferecendo preços justos; incentivamos a produção orgânica de produtos agrícolas; com isto ajudamos fortalecer e diferenciar o comercio local, melhorando a qualidade dos produtos, beneficiando não somente a nossa empresa, mas indiretamente também nossos colaboradores e a comunidade local;

Construímos um network de parcerias no trade de turismo com profissionais experientes, guias, tour operators, taxistas, locadoras e outros, para organizar serviços, tours e passeios confiáveis e com preços justos.

Política Ambiental

Nós acreditamos que o turismo possa ser tanto um fator de degradação como de conservação; nós estamos empenhados em evitar a degradação e em promover a conservação;

• reduzindo o uso de energia de fontes não-renovaveis usando p.e. aquecedores solares;
• tratando a água sanitária
• reciclando vidro, plástico, metais, e óleos vegetais;
• melhorando os controles sobre o desperdício de materiais;
• mantendo a praia limpa de lixo;
• protegendo as tartarugas marítimas que desovam na praia;
• colocando placas educativas na via de acesso e na praia;
• plantando arvores, arbustos, e flores endêmicas da região;

Política Sócio-cultural

O Fare Trade Turismo como turismo sustentável, tem que manter as fontes de sobrevivência da população local, preservando a execução das profissões existentes (p.e. de pesca e de artesanato), e formando também profissionais em atividades procuradas na hotelaria e outras empresas do trade de turismo;

Temos que trabalhar junto com a Prefeitura e o Estado para oferecer moradias decentes e uma infra-estrutura básica para a comunidade local, inclusive para os novos trabalhadores que vem à procura de emprego em hotéis que estão sendo construídos na região;

Temos que combater a exploração sexual, especialmente das crianças e adolescentes.
Nós acreditamos que estas medidas podem ajudar a melhorar a segurança pública.

We want to offer our guests differentiated services with proven quality and fair prices, a warm and hospitable environment, and the possibility to know and appreciate the authentic regional nature and culture, thus adding knowledge and creating memories to remember.

Personnel Policy

We believe that our employees have the right to have a safe and sustainable life, improving their knowledge, realizing their potential and deciding their own future; so, we hire our employees in the local community and offer decent working conditions and do not discriminate people based on race, sex, age, religion or politics; we pay wages over the minimum wage in the hotel sector including social charges (e.g. pension- and unemployment securities) and a series of voluntary benefits including loans without interest for the construction of their own houses and other purposes; internal and external training courses are provided.

Purchasing Policy

We buy our raw materials whenever possible, from local sources with sustainable production, offering fair prices; we also encourage organic production of agricultural products thus helping to strengthen and differentiate the local market, improving product quality, benefiting not only our hotel, but indirectly also our employees and the local community;
We have built up a network of partnerships in tourism trade with local tour companies, operators, experienced guides and travel professionals, taxi drivers and other services who will provide our guests with reliable travel arrangements and support, charging fair prices.

Environmental Policy

We believe that tourism can be both, a factor for degradation and for conservation; we are committed to prevent degradation and enhance conservation;

• reducing the use of non-renewable energy sources, e.g. installing hot water solar heaters;
• clarifying waste water;
• recycling glass, plastic, metals, and vegetable oils;
• improving the controls over the waste of materials;
• keeping the beach clean of trash;
• protecting the sea turtles that nest on the beach;
• install educational signs at the road and the beach;
• planting trees, shrubs, flowers typical of the region;

Socio-cultural Policy

Fare Trade Tourism as sustainable tourism, has to keep the sources of livelihood of local people, preserving the performance of existing professions (e.g. fishing and handicrafts), forming also professionals for activities in hotels and other branches in the tourism trade;

We work together with the city and the state to provide decent housing and basic infrastructure for the local community, even for those new people who come looking for jobs in new hotels being built in the region;

We combat sexual exploitation, especially of children and adolescents.
We believe that these measures can help to improve the public safety.

Personalpolitik

Wir glauben, dass unsere Mitarbeiter ein Recht auf ein sicheres und nachhaltiges Leben haben, in dem sie ihr Wissen und Potential verbessern und die Entscheidung über ihrer eigene Zukunft treffen können; aus diesem Grund kontraktieren wir unsere Mitarbeiter im Ort; wir bieten menschenwürdige Arbeitsbedingungen und diskriminieren nicht aufgrund von Rasse, Geschlecht, Alter, Religion oder Politik; wir zahlen Löhne über dem Mindestlohn der Hotelbranche einschließlich sozialer Abgaben (wie z.B. Renten-und Arbeitslosenversicherung ) und eine Reihe von freiwilligen Leistungen und gewähren auch zinslose Kredite für den Bau eigener Häuser oder anderer Investitionen; interne und externe Schulungen werden zur Verfügung gestellt.

Einkaufspolitik

Wir kaufen unsere Produkte soweit wie möglich aus lokalen Quellen mit nachhaltiger Produktion und zu fairen Preise; wir fördern auch die organische Erzeugung von landwirtschaftlichen Produkten; damit tragen wir zur Stärkung und Differenzierung des lokalen Marktes und zur Verbesserung der Produktqualität bei, von der nicht nur unser Unternehmen profitiert, sondern auch indirekt unsere Mitarbeiter und die lokalen Gemeinschaft;

Wir haben ein Netzwerk von Partnerschaften im Tourismus Trade mit lokalen Tour -Veranstaltern aufgebaut, wo erfahrene Reiseführer bewährte Touren zu fairen Preisen vorschlagen können;

Umweltpolitik

Tourismus kann beides sein, ein Faktor für die Zerstörung aber auch für die Erhaltung der Umwelt; wir fuehlen uns verpflichtet, die Zerstörung zu verhindern und die Erhaltung zu fördern, etwa durch

• Reduzierung der Verwendung von nicht-erneuerbaren Energiequellen;
• Warm-Wasser-Aufbereitung durch Sonnen-Energie;
• Klaerung der Abwässer
• Recycling von Glas, Kunststoff, Metallen und pflanzlichen Ölen;
• Verbesserung der Kontrollen über die Verschwendung von Materialien;
• Säuberung des Strandes von Müll;
• Schutz der Meeresschildkröten, die ihre Nester am Strand bauen;
• Aufstellen von Hinweis-Schildern an der Straße und am Strand;
• Pflanzen von Bäumen, Sträuchern, Blumen,die endemisch in Region sind;

Sozio-kulturelle Politik

Fare Trade Tourismus als nachhaltiger Tourismus, hat die Quellen des Lebensunterhalts der Menschen vor Ort zu erhalten, für die Erhaltung bestehender Berufe (z. B. Fischerei und Kunst-Handwerk) zu sorgen, aber auch Fachkräfte für Tätigkeiten in Hotels und anderen Unternehmen in der Tourismusbranche auszubilden;

Wir arbeiten zusammen mit der Stadt und dem Land für menschenwürdige Wohnungen und die Basis- Infrastruktur nicht nur für die bestehende lokale Gemeinschaft, sondern auch für neue Arbeitnehmer, die auf der Suche nach Arbeitsplätzen in den im Bau befindlichen neuen Hotels zuwandern;

Wir bekämpfen die sexuelle Ausbeutung, insbesondere von Kindern und Jugendlichen.
Wir glauben, dass diese Massnahmen helfen können, die öffentliche Sicherheit nachhaltig zu verbessern;
